Delivery Service
We offer FREE delivery for all sale orders over €100 / £100* (excluding spare parts- please see below) across the island of Ireland – Antrim, Armagh, Carlow, Cavan, Clare, Cork, Derry, Donegal, Down, Dublin, Fermanagh, Galway, Kerry, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Leitrim, Limerick, Longford, Louth, Mayo, Meath, Monaghan, Offaly, Roscommon, Sligo, Tipperary, Tyrone, Waterford, Westmeath, Wexford and Wicklow.
Orders below €100 / £100 may incur a shipping fee. We strive to keep this cost as low as possible by negotiating with carriers. The cost of shipping will be displayed on your quotation, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
For UK / European deliveries please contact our office as a carriage fee may apply. Please note that this offer is currently only available on working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Most of our orders are next day delivered depending on our stock levels. However, depending on your location, time of order placement and our stock levels you may receive your order on the same day.
Our drivers are professional and courteous and will ensure swift, safe carriage of your goods. While we have our own fleet, we may use a carefully selected reputable national carrier service to deliver your goods. We use a parcel carrier and a pallet carrier, depending on the volume of your order.
Please note: We are only able to make deliveries to the ground floor entrance point of your business or home, or a loading bay.
Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as adverse weather conditions, emergency road closures etc.) may delay your order.
*Free delivery for orders over €100 / £100 excludes orders for spare / replacement parts as we incur shipping costs for the delivery of these goods to Ireland. The carriage fee for spare parts will depend on the location and delivery route of your order. We do negotiate this cost with our carriers on your behalf.
Order Collection
Alternatively, orders can be collected at our main warehouse facility in Silverstream Business Park, Tyholland, Co. Monaghan. If your drivers need a break, they are welcome to pop into our kitchen for a quick cuppa while our expert warehouse team load their order.
