Our J-Pack TSS102-R top seal machine with gas flushing is an excellent entry-level model for top sealing. The semi-automatic top seal machine is compact and can be used anywhere. This professional sealing machine requires no maintenance or replacement parts. Because the temperature (in °C increments) and contact time (in tenths of a second increments) can be set digitally, you achieve an optimal and consistent sealing result. Additionally, the top seal machine automatically stretches the film over the meal packaging, preventing stains on the film, keeping your hands free, and saving time during production!
The TSS102-R MAP model features an interchangeable die, providing flexibility in using various packaging sizes and materials. The machine includes one custom-made die for one of our packaging types. Sealing multiple packaging sizes with the same machine is also possible. An additional custom-made die is available upon request for the desired pack size. In addition to offering flexibility, this model is suitable for gas flushing, extending the shelf life of your meals. Dies are available for all our trays with an oxygen barrier.
