The Starwheel offers the ultimate in pot sealing and closing flexibility, in either a single or twin wheel configuration. It is designed to handle rigid walled, non denestable containers with the option to create a seal using a pre-cut lid or reel fed film. The Starwheel can also be integrated with an automatic screw capper or induction sealer as well as a wide range of fillers to give a fully versatile solution. Production speeds are dependent on the product consistency, fill volume and closure type but can be up to 100 containers per minute.

This range of rotary pot filling and closing machines is designed to offer flexibility with a variety of filling and closing options. Supplied with the capability to seal pre-cut lids or reel fed film with clip on overcaps or a range of tamper evident closures. Integration with a wide range of fillers is offered as standard giving an extremely versatile solution. These machines are designed to handle pre-formed pots, jars and bottles.

MATERIALS

The Starwheel has the ability to heat seal reel fed film, pre-cut foil, paper or laminate lids to preformed trays and containers of CPET, Polypropylene, PVC, Styrene, Board, Smooth walled foil, pre-cut board, Paper, Plastic, and many other types of containers.
