Fill Seal 500
The Fill Seal 5000 is a filler/sealer manufactured and designed for medium to large production runs. With an 8 station capacity it is a perfect model for packing and sealing with high precision and can control up to 5000 pieces per hour. The primary movements are completely mechanical: this guarantees a fast and precise packaging process, reliability over time and minimal maintenance operations. It is ideal for large and medium productions, entirely built in stainless steel and suitable for any type of environment and laboratory. The simple and intuitive operator interface makes the machine extremely easy to use. Ideal for packaging milk and cheese, yoghurt, sauces and various types of liquid/pasty products. A wide range of optional ext ras is available on request to adapt the machine to the specific requirements of each application: Doser additional, snap on lid device for positioning aroma-saving plastic lids, DOSATRONIC version with automatic adjustment of Doser, Hopper with mixer, etc.
